Now we are looking for the right person to perform the duties of an HR Generalist in Tashkent.

Your responsibilities & key tasks:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: post job ads, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions with IT team leads
Manage the recruitment process inclusive of posting and updating career opportunities; screening resumes and candidates; scheduling interviews with leaders and department heads; administering pre-employment paperwork; conducting reference and background checks; extending offer to all final candidates
Source passive candidates via LinkedIn and tech communities; attend job fairs and IT events to build talent pipelines
Ensure smooth adaptation of new hires through onboarding
Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions to identify individual growth needs and career aspirations
Identify skill gaps and coordinate training and career path growth
Resolve employee issues and track engagement
Promote workplace culture through team-building
Analyze compensation benchmarks to ensure competitive salaries and benefits
Generate HR reports on hiring metrics, turnover, and engagement
Coordinate work with universities, help the team organize various types of workshops, lectures or other events involving students
Coordinate student practice/internship program within the company
Stay current on local labor laws and regulations to ensure company's compliance with such laws and regulations
Requirements:
Must-have:
2+ years in HR, preferably in IT/tech recruitment
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Fluent English (written/spoken), Russian, Uzbek language
Driven and independent, requiring minimal supervision
Must maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct and adhere to strict confidentiality policies and procedures
Nice-to-have:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field
Familiarity with IT roles (Developers, DevOps, QA, etc.)
Hands-on experience with ATS (e.g., JazzHR), LinkedIn Recruiter
Knowledge of employment law and compliance
