Job Description

Sophisticated yet user-friendly modern mobile, web, and desktop apps are a crucial element of our portfolio. We're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team in creating high-performance, cutting-edge interfaces for our applications.

Responsibilities:

• Create and improve user flows, UI mockups, wireframes, and prototypes for mobile, web, and desktop apps.
• Build and maintain scalable Design Systems and UI Kits to ensure consistency across large-scale projects.
• Participate in discovery phases, translate business requirements into visual concepts, and present design solutions to stakeholders.
• Close collaboration with business analysis team to enhance UX.
• Monitor industry trends and explore platforms like Behance and Dribbble to translate innovative UI/UX concepts into actionable insights for upcoming projects.

Required Skills:

• A minimum of 5 years of professional, relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of design and UI/UX fundamentals and principles.
• Ability to articulate and justify your design ideas and decisions.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating real-world web and mobile products (not just conceptual shots).
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher, for direct communication with international clients and our global team.
• Advanced Figma proficiency with a focus on building and scaling complex design systems, supplemented by Adobe Creative Suite.
• Deep understanding of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Design.
• Easy-going and collaborative approach to design with ability to communicate complex design concepts with ease. 

Will be a Plus:

• Artistic skill set.
• Understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 basics; principles of adaptive and cross-browser layout.
• Fluent English.
